Now that you have selected a home that fits your style you're almost ready for the building process. We will send you a contract for a deposit and a signature.

From the date you sign your contract and pay your down payment, your home will be complete in 90 days. Sit back and relax! Your new home will be built at our facility in Defuniak Springs, Florida.

Once you choose your model we will work with you on choosing finishes. Finishes include flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and interior and exterior paint colors.

You will be given a selection catalog to choose from. You can upgrade your choices for an up-charge.

Wonder how it’s going? Well, take a look! That’s right, we provide our clients with a live webcam feed during the production of their home. Once you sign a contract with a start date, we will provide a link and password so you can watch as we build your home.

We currently deliver to zip codes within a 100 mile radius of Defuniak Springs, Florida. We will deliver your new finished modular home to your lot on your preferred date.
